Efthymios Foteinos was born in 1989 in Athens. He studied Integrative Counselling & Integrative Individual <\/strong>and Group Psychotherapy <\/strong>at the Athens Synthesis Center<\/em>, Therapeutic Massage at Natural Health Science<\/em> in Athens <\/strong>as wellas Acupuncture <\/strong>and Chinese Medicine, <\/strong>at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine of Kingston University<\/em> of England. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He writes articles in specialized journals, while he has an extensive work experience in Greece and abroad where he has worked with numerous patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last but not least, he teaches Chinese Medicine and holds workshops on mental health.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Our philosophy is that we can help you heal yourself, but we can’t do it for you. Once the cause of the problem is identified, the treatment process involves commitment from you towards the desired goal; many times changes are required (i.e. in diet, habits, etc.) in lifestyle and behavior, which is the patient’s choice whether to carry out or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
